Habitual behavior

Once a person learns the right way to do something, practice is important so the behavior becomes part of a regular routine.

Habitual actions or synonymously habitual behavior patterns denote a tendency to act in a particular way due to mental disposition or attitudes.

In psychology, habitual actions are considered patterns of behavior in reaction to a specific situation, may be inherited or acquired through frequent repetition.

Habitual behavior to the extent that it occurs, can also be shown to have an emotional basis. And even a sociology of social system can be improved by the introduction of emotion, because it can indicate which particular social structure are primary in the process of class formation.
